Dr. Danny Parton was born on October 13, 1956 and
was
raised in Pickens, SC He accepted Christ
into
his life during the Summer of 1980. He first felt
the call into ministry in October of 1981.
His education includes:
1974 Pickens High graduate.
1985-86 Bethany Bible College, Dothan,
AL.
1990-96 Southern Baptist School for
Biblical
Studies, Jacksonville, FL. Associate,
Bachelor, Masters degree and
Doctor of
Ministry, (D.Min)
He has been
involved in multiple ministry opportunities such as
“Taking It To the Streets” Evangelistic Ministry,
“Rock of Ages” Prison Ministry, Prison Missionary,
Senior Chaplain at the Pickens County Law
Enforcement Center, Board of
Directors “Released-Time of the Upstate,” and Senior
Chaplain at the Easley City Police Department.

Danny has been married to Jean for 35 years. They
have a son Bryan and a daughter Amy. Bryan is
married to Sarah. They have two sons named Morgan
and Lucas. Amy is married to Chris. They have two
sons and a daughter. Garret, Grant, and Gracie. His
grandchildren are the highlight and love of his
life.
In
his spare time, he enjoys fishing and raising dogs
and farm animals.
Danny's
